Natural frequencies of electron shells and primary- transitory shells

Theoretically it means, the frequencies of absorption lines or emission lines that produced by cooled atoms (of any element), when they are placed in the path of continues spectrum of Infrared rays to X-rays. The shortest wave length frequency in the absorption or emission lines for the innermost electron shell and the longest wavelength frequency for the outermost primary transitory shell. Normally we use cooled gas atoms in the path of continues spectrum of visible light and only a few number of emission or absorption lines of the gas atoms in the visible spectrums are detected.
