Red shifts on photons that emitted by Quasars

Since the inertia of space matter units (ether magnetic particles), when the line upped space matter units oscillate, there will some energy lose occurs, as the omls (light) travel at greater distances. Because of this reason, frequency of a photon that coming from a very distant object will be shifted to a longer wavelength. 

In the case of quasars, as the density of space matter is much greater in the regions that closer to quasars, a photon's energy will be considerably loses when the photon is passed through these high-density space matter regions. 

When the light is passed through a high-density space matter region, its velocity will be decreased. For example, when the light is passed through a transparent medium of matter, velocity of light will be decreased and will be refracted. 

The red shift of the light can be duplicated with a light beam when it passes through a very long optical fiber cable (OFC). When the light enters to the OFC, velocity of light will be lowered and the omls will consume more energy than if they are in vacuum of space. In this conception of more energy, the frequency of light will be shifted to a slighter longer wavelength.
